The Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading and developing the warehouse team; developing and fostering successful relationships with internal and external customers; managing all receiving, warehousing, and inventory functions for main campus and off-site warehouses; and leading initiatives to improve processes and achieve the business plan objectives. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum of three years Warehouse or Inventory Control supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge and expertise of an ERP system similar to Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Infor, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
